WM - Timmins Hauling

Sold my property unable to reach anyone. Automated service doesn't give the option to speak to someone. Keeps hanging up on me. 8 months later I got a call that my bill was outstanding explained property was sold and lawyers called them the day of, promised to fix it, keep getting emails and still unable to email back or speak to anyone. Very frustrating.

Called them few times they wont even answer

after speaking to a WM rep they told me to hand write a cancellation of services so i did so and they claim they never got my mailed letter. Like seriously its 2022 get with the times and have this correspondence emailed or faxed instead of mail.... after a very long argument on the phone they tell me to email them another cancellation letter I do so. and they still refuse to cancel my services. like seriously it's my property my business do as you are told. they (customer rep) say's they will call back and they don't. they say they will look into this matter and no one calls me back... very frustrating
